Farmers Insurance District 80 is seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Agency Owners. Salary: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow your agency

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents and support staff to drive agency performance

• Promote and market insurance products and services within the local community to generate leads and new business

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies while maintaining ethical standards in all operations

• Analyze agency performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay knowledgeable about industry trends and product offerings

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, business development, management, or customer-facing roles strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members

• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals and objectives

• A self-starter mentality with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to succeed

• Must be coachable and committed to implementing proven systems and strategies

• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for business management and marketing purposes

• Current Texas General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses, OR ability to obtain within 45 days of hire

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Ability to pass comprehensive criminal and financial background check

• Must meet liquid asset qualifications (details provided during interview process)
