You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. Work from home flexibility but must be located in the Routt Counry area of Colorado.

Salary: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
