At Farmers Insurance District 41, we believe in supporting our agents through the life cycle of a business to achieve results. The life cycle of a business can be tricky to those who have never been through it. As a agent, your business knowledge is pivotal in the Agencies success. We will stand by our Agents to achieve their personal and business financial goals. The District will provide tools and support within your Agency. Why be good when you could be great!

Salary: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
• Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
