Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Answering billing questions
• Updating customer information
• Spotting sales opportunities 
• Building rapport and establishing long term relationship with existing clients and prospects

Requirements

• Bilingual-Spanish preferred
• Currently licensed or willing to become licensed  in Property & Casualty insurance and Life & Health Insurance
• Friendly, personable demeanor
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Reliable
