Full time Customer Service Representative needed for Farmers Insurance Agency. Ideal candidate has a love for helping people in their community and the ability to establish rapport and build solid, professional relationships with our clients. 

Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly professional manner
• Answer phones
• Process payments
• Document all interactions in the system
• Be on time, reliable and honest
• Represent the Agency in a professional, friendly manner
• Make account changes, answer questions, assist with claims and the sales process

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to become licensed in Insurance sales with the State of Texas
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability and willingness to become licensed
