Entrepreneurs wanted! We are looking for business minded insurance professionals for an opening in the Longview Texas area. 

Farmers requires proof of $50,000 in capital assets, a background check and Property & Casualty and Life & Health General Lines Insurance Licenses to qualify for this agency.

You do not have to have an Insurance background. You DO have to have the drive and desire to own your own business and understand the sales process and business management. 

Our scratch agency program provides an outstanding commission bonus structure and offers five different bonuses to get your company off and running quickly.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Represent Farmers Insurance in a professional manner at all times
• Present insurance quotes to individuals and companies based on needs
• Grow your agency with the support of the District Office
• Opportunity to advance your career by obtaining Series 6 & 63 licenses and selling Farmers financial products, becoming a true consultant to your customers

Requirements

• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Must have or obtain General Lines P&C and L&H licenses 
• Must show proof of $50,000 in capital assets (this is not a franchise fee, it is investment capital that Farmers wants to see you have access to in order to run your business effectively) - may be in the form of a saving account or other financial institution accounts or a line of credit 
• Begin your career with at least one licensed and appointed staff member
• Prepare and present home, auto, specialty, life and commercial insurance quotes
