As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

The position also requires you to sell and is not optional.  Your goal is a minimum of 20 policies per month. Sales is a skill we have found to be un natural for many and we are looking  for someone who thrives in an environment where chasing business and hitting your goal every month is enjoyable.

Salary: $35,000.02 - $65,000.02 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Be a fantastic presenter.

  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
