Established Farmers Insurance agency seeking in-person, full-time Customer Service Representative. Due to continued growth and demand for great customer service, we are looking to expand our already stellar team. Our ideal candidate:

• Has Insurance Customer Service experience (preferred, but not required)

• Has their Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred, but not required)

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred, but not required)

• Is professional, polite & personable

• Brings with them an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Will provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients

• Possesses excellent organizational skills with proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up

• Possesses excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

• Can handle a variety of administrative and data processing duties (basic computer skills) while providing administrative support for our sales team

• Operates well in a fast-paced work environment

• Has a strong attention to detail

• Is proactive, self-disciplined and can prioritize duties

• Is comfortable working with a small team and independently

• Has reliable transportation to and from work

• Has a High School diploma (or equivalent)

Salary: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-flight customer service

• Professionally answer, assist and direct incoming calls

• Contact existing clients to schedule and conduct policy review appointments

• Contact potential clients to schedule sales meetings for Agents

• Help maintain overall organization of the office

• Enter, file, and manage account information in the computer system

• Process and handle client payments
