Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a wide range of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies. Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and contact potential clients through various channels (phone, email, networking, referrals)
• Assess individual and business insurance needs and recommend appropriate Farmers products
• Educate clients on coverage options and provide personalized quotes
• Close sales and ensure proper onboarding of new policyholders
• Maintain client records and follow up for renewals, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and state insurance regulations

Requirements

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District Office.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.​
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.​
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not always required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
