Salary: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and present insurance solutions to new clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products including auto, home, life, renters, and business insurance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Provide exceptional service to current policyholders and assist with policy changes and renewals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Work closely with agency staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow client base

Requirements

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.​
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.​
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not always required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
