As a trainee, youll be introduced to all aspects of the insurance business, including sales, customer service, underwriting basics, and risk analysis. Salary: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Farmers Insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
• Assist in identifying and qualifying prospective clients
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare and deliver insurance presentations to individuals and small businesses
• Develop skills to analyze client needs and recommend suitable coverage options

Requirements

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Achievement of self-generated written premium targets as set by the program
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus (depending on the region)
