We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Agency Producer to join our Farmers Insurance team. In this role, youll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the agency. Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and contacting potential customers
• Present and sell insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses
• Build customized insurance plans based on client needs and objectives
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients
• Follow up on leads provided by the agency and develop personal lead sources
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and services
• Assist with policy renewals, changes, and claims support as needed

Requirements

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to sell and close deals
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
