Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Lines Sales Producers.

This is a full-time, in-office sales role based in Escondido, CA. You will speak with prospects over the phone, provide insurance quotes, and help clients purchase home, auto, and umbrella policies.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide full training and support.

Provide insurance quotes

Follow up with leads

Close new business

This is a sales-focused role. No service work.

Compensation

$20/hour minimum OR commission (whichever is higher)

Earn 80%–100% of agency commission based on performance

Monthly bonuses (stackable):

$500 at 50K

$750 at 75K

$1,000 at 100K

Typical earnings:

$4,500–$5,000/month at 50K

$7,500+/month at 75K

$10,000+/month at 100K

What Success Looks Like

30K/month = minimum expectation

50K/month = strong performance

75K+ = top performer

In-office in Escondido, CA

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Licensing Requirement

You will need to obtain a California Personal Lines Insurance License (we guide you through the process and reimburse costs after you pass).

Salary: $3,200.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Speak with prospective clients over the phone and identify their insurance needs

Provide and explain quotes for home, auto, and umbrella policies

Follow up consistently with leads to move opportunities forward

Work closely with the quoting team to prepare proposals

Close new business and achieve monthly production goals

Maintain strong daily activity including calls, follow-ups, and quoting

Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with clients

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Goal-oriented and driven to achieve performance targets

Willingness to learn and complete required licensing

Ability to stay organized and follow a structured sales process

Basic computer skills

Must be able to obtain a California Personal Lines Insurance License within required timelines

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
