We are a Presidents Council Agency representing the top 1% of Farmers Agents nationwide, fast-paced, growing agency looking for a high-energy Customer Service & Sales Representative who knows how to take care of clients and close opportunities.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

*Helping clients with auto, home, renters, condo & umbrella insurance

Quoting, selling, and binding policies (warm leads + existing clients!)

*Turning service calls into sales opportunities

*Following up on renewals, requotes, and referrals

*Educating clients and recommending better coverage

*Hitting goals, earning commissions, and winning bonuses

Requirements

Who We Want:

Bi Lingual Spanish Language

Coachable, team player

Outgoing, confident, and persuasive

Customer-focused but sales-motivated

Comfortable on phones and computers

Detail-oriented and dependable

Insurance experience a PLUS (but we’ll train the right attitude)

Active P&C license preferred — or willingness to get licensed (we help!)
