Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build your book of business through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Customize insurance solutions and close sales confidently
- Develop referral partnerships with real estate, mortgage, and auto pros
- Build loyal, long-term client relationships
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and product updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must get MN Property & Casualty License within 60 days (we pay for this!)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
