This position focuses on interacting with customers, discussing what their various needs are, and working to come to an effective resolution for their needs. Working to ensure that a smooth process is used to help customers quickly and efficiently.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Set and exceed goals and expectations
• Create and implement an effective marketing campaign
• Contact potential customers via phone, email, or through networking
• Inform customers of our referral program
• Track and report sales in your agency
• Create an efficient work environment for your employees

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life, Accident & Health Insurance License which you will receive assistance with the cost of the study material
