Requirements

• No experience is necessary to be considered but previous experience (In Insurance Customer Service or Sales) is a huge plus!
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Must have a great attitude and work ethic
• If you do not have an insurance license you must be interested in advancing their career by eventually becoming an insurance agent by obtaining an insurance license from the CA Department of Insurance.
