Successful Farmers Insurance Agent is seeking a professional to join our growing team for the role of customer service representative. We seek an energetic professional, who is self-driven, coachable, positive attitude, interested in helping our business grow and offer an exceptional customer experience.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services, and schedule appointments.
• Handle all incoming service and claim calls from customers.
• Process customer policy change requests.

Requirements

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn.
• Have ability to multi-task.
• If not licensed, be willing to get your property & casualty license.
• No experience required, but past insurance experience is a plus.
