The role includes a minimum monthly base salary of $3,000 with on-target earnings up to $105,000 per year, including commissions and bonuses.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Educate clients on Farmers Insurance products and coverage options, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
• Generate new business through various prospecting methods and networking.
• Process new insurance applications and endorsements accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

• California Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
