The role includes a minimum base salary of $5.4K/month with on-target earnings up to $150k+ per year, including commissions and bonuses.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve and exceed their goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the San Jose market.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages success and professional growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the team upholds the highest standards of customer service and ethical conduct.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Ironwood Insurance Agency.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
