Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
• Sales Generation: Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
• Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to policyholders' needs.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must have the required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve sales goals.
