We are seeking motivated candidates who have a passion for providing exceptional customer service!

Positions are available for a Marketing Assistant who enjoys working with customers and enthusiastic about generating sales outbound calling new prospects and servicing inbound customer requests.

The key goal in this role is to create business growth within the agency in a timely, efficient, and professional manner

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling Prospects using a Leads list
• Make the Prospect aware of the company’s products or services
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Obtaining customer information such as name, address, and schedule appointments
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Finding new and creative ways to drive in new business
• Ask for referrals to network for new potential clients

Requirements

• Experience as telemarketer / customer service role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Persistent and results-oriented
