Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospects and explain insurance solutions
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Stay informed on insurance products and industry trends
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet sales goals

Requirements

• One year of sales and/or marketing experience is required
• Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, CRM's.) is required
• Licensing: Must have or be willing to quickly obtain a Oregon Property & Casualty License. ($500 bonus if already licensed)
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, banking or Real Estate is a strong advantage.
