Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Initiate contacts with potential clients and provide expert advice on insurance products.
  • Policy Sales: Drive sales by introducing suitable insurance plans to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of diverse insurance products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared sales goals and deliver optimal service.

Requirements

  • One year of sales and/or marketing experience is required
  • Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, CRM's.) is required
  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to quickly obtain a Oregon Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, banking or Real Estate is a strong advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing time and resources to achieve sales targets.
