This 12-month training program is designed to set you up for success. Upon completion, qualified candidates will have the opportunity to open a Farmers Insurance agency.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

As a Protégé Agent, you'll work alongside an experienced Farmers Agent in your community, gaining valuable knowledge in:

• Sales and client relationship building
• Customer service and policy management
• Business operations and agency growth strategies

Requirements

• One year of customer facing sales and/or marketing experience is required
• Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, CRM's.) is required
• Ability to obtain or already carry insurance licenses
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risks
• Genuine thirst to learn to be mentored
• Great self-starter and operate with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
