As a Farmers Insurance Sales Professional, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top agents in the state of Colorado! You will be taught and mentored during your time as a Protégé Agent. You will be trained in marketing, sales, insurance knowledge, customer service, and staffing to fully understand the day-to-day operations of operating an insurance agency.
Essentially, you will be provided the tools needed to grow and build a successful agency!
Salary: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Compensation:
$35,000 annually plus commission
Opportunity to make $10,000 to $45,000 in commission
A Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license is required. Don’t worry - if you do not have these licenses, we will pay for and help you obtain them! Our overall success is based on our team’s success, so our district provides continuous training, coaching, mentorship to help you succeed!

Sell our products and services
Assist existing clients as necessary
Network within your community - attending networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to market your business and target your preferred audience
Provide excellent customer service to policyholders
Educate customers on their options
An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and ethical
Quick learner with confidence and friendly nature
Ability to work independently
