As a Farmers Insurance Sales Professional, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top agents in the state of Colorado! You will be taught and mentored in preparation for one day owning an agency. You will be trained in marketing, sales, insurance knowledge, customer service, and staffing to fully understand the day-to-day operations of owning and operating an insurance practice.

Essentially, you will be provided the tools needed to grow and build a successful agency!

Salary: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Benefits

Compensation:

• $55K-$80K

If selected to join our DDHQ team, we will pay for licensing costs valued at $800 because we are very selective.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Solicit new prospects

• Sell our products and services

• Assist existing clients as necessary

• Network within your community - attending networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to market your business and target your preferred audience

• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders

• Educate customers on their options

Requirements

• An associate degree or bachelor™s degree is preferred but not required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and ethical

• Quick learner with confidence and friendly nature

• Ability to work independently and take constructive criticism from mentors

A Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license is required. Don™t worry - If you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them. Our overall success is based on our team™s success, so our district provides continuous training, coaching, mentorship to help you succeed!
