Job Description

This position allows individuals to work within an experienced, successful Agency owner, learning the business from the inside and out. You'll get great training and support, while learning the inner workings of our business from a retail standpoint. Plus, you'll earn generous commissions and bonuses marketing our portfolio of products and services. This is an outstanding way to either ultimately qualify to become an Agency owner one day with us, or stay within the operations of an Agency you're working within.

Salary: $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
