Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

This position is located in Pilsen - Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Training and Learning: Engage in a thorough training initiative to become skilled in insurance products, industry rules, and our agency's procedures.
• Customer Interaction: Help clients choose suitable insurance plans by understanding their unique requirements, presenting quotes, and providing expert advice.
• Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, updates, and address customer inquiries to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
• Sales Assistance: Collaborate with seasoned agents to acquire effective sales techniques and tactics, aiming to surpass sales goals.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and upkeep of client files.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Insurance license required.
