We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Producers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients protect their assets and loved ones through our comprehensive insurance offerings. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.


Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls and networking activities.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage options that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Complete required training and obtain necessary licensing through the state of Michigan.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Previous sales experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Illinois Insurance license required
