Experienced applicants start with a $43,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $50,000 in commission last year. Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies by identifying client needs and recommending coverage options.
• Provide quotes and explain policy details to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and on time.
• Meet sales goals and stay up to date on insurance products and regulations.
• Handle customer service requests, including policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We can guide you in the process of obtaining it.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.

Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Exceeds current and prospective client expectations.

Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.

No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
