Salary: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Solicit for new business via telephone - we provide the leads, networking, social media and other lead sources.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop property and casualty insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales.
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to inquiries and cross sell.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred or we will help you obtain your license by paying for the training materials and licensing fee.
• Sales experience required.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who works well independently and with other producers.
• Professional phone and written correspondence etiquette.
