Our agency specializes in personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Life) with opportunities to expand into commercial insurance as production grows. We invest heavily in training, systems, and support — so our producers can focus on what they do best: selling and serving clients.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Talk with leads

Help clients understand and choose insurance solutions

Follow a proven sales process (no guessing)

Use phone, text, and email to close business

Build long-term client relationships

Base Salary: $2400 per month (guaranteed)

Tiered commissions based on monthly premium written
