Join the Farmers Insurance - Andrea Webster Agency, a reputable insurance agency located in Signal Hill, California. We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agency Producer who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

As a Licensed Insurance Agency Producer, you will play a vital role in educating clients about insurance options, identifying their specific needs, and helping them choose the right coverage for their unique situations.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
• Insurance Sales: Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage details.
• Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and renewals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
• Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads and expand the agency's client base.

Requirements:

• Insurance License: Must have a valid P&C and Life insurance license in the state of California.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish is required
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and sales in the insurance industry.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Requirements:

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
