Flexible schedule (part-time to full-time) and onsite. Compensation is better than market and includes a base hourly, bonuses, cash and non-cash awards, health insurance, vacation, and paid time off.

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service: provide world class customer service in office, phone, text, email i.e. follow-up on new business, policy changes, cancellations, claims, answer billing and claims questions

Phone Service: answer phones, take messages, schedule, and confirm meetings

Administrative Service: prepare marketing materials for new clients, life delivery requirements, scanning, faxing, photo copying, data entry, record details of inquiries, interactions, and transactions in our CRM system, organize files, mail documents, keep supplies and inventory fully stocked, keep the lobby, tea and coffee bar area clean and stocked, open/close the office

Processing Service: process weekly alerts, policy changes, payments, binder requests,
