You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, generating insurance quotes, and cross selling our client base.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
