Our office is searching for a motivated insurance sales agent to join our team. We offer extensive training and a daily funnel of leads to keep our sales agents marketing pipelines full. Salary: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Requirements

• Professional phone etiquette.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• We help with this if you do not currently have a license!
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Minimum 1-3 years prior sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
