Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced individual within the insurance industry to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the insurance agency model to improve their business practices and strategies. The consultant will work closely with agency owners to assess their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to optimize performance and profitability.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business reviews to evaluate agency performance and identify strategic improvement areas.
• Develop customized business plans and strategies based on individual agency needs and goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to agency owners on business management, sales strategies, and client service excellence.
• Facilitate the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the insurance industry.
• Michigan Producer Property & Casualty License
• Michigan Producer Life License
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and provide executive-level coaching.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
