We are seeking a motivated individual with prior insurance experience and an active Michigan resident property and casualty license to join our team.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting our insurance products and services to prospective clients. In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Requirements

• **Must be a Michigan resident**
• Prior experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance.
• Active Michigan property and casualty insurance license where business will be conducted.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
