Job Description
We are looking for individuals that aspire to enter the financially lucrative world of insurance. Our Producer program is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual. We offer competitive Base pay plus Commission.
Base pay + Commission!
Salary: $29,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven salesperson. As an insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.
The producer's responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Meet agency standards for new business premium production per month
- Assist with regular Farmers Friendly Reviews, call clients and set appointments, or perform reviews by phone
- Complete requests for service (making changes to existing policies, answer billing questions) in existing policies.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License.
(We will provide study material for candidates that do not currently hold insurance license) - Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)
- Quick Learner and a team player.
- Committed to growth.
- Must pass credit and background check.
