Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting various insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor insurance offerings to individual customer requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to better serve customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, community outreach, referrals, and lead generation strategies to expand the agency's client base.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns, including social media content and digital outreach, to increase brand visibility and attract prospective clients.
  • Ensure all communications and policy details are accurately documented and maintained in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proven skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is helpful but not required
  • Prior office experience is a plus, especially if youre familiar with administrative tasks, professional communication, or workplace systems
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license is required (or a willingness to obtain one). Licensing assistance available
