Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Business Insurance Agent, you'll partner with existing Farmers agents to expand commercial insurance offerings and deliver tailored solutions to business owners. You'll leverage built-in relationships and referral networks to hit the ground running no cold start required.

• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Collaborate with Farmers agents to support Business Insurance growth
• Deliver customized commercial insurance solutions
• Focus on high-value activities: selling, relationship-building, and growth

Requirements

What You'll Need

Satisfactory results from a background check

Property & Casualty license (required prior to full-time appointment)

Passion for helping businesses protect what matters most

Experience in sales, business development, or commercial insurance preferred
