Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and ongoing service.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and business insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews and offer recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage and protection.
• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.
• Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes to build confidence and understanding.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales platforms to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and track performance metrics.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency through consistent activity and closing strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge through continuing education and training.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.

Requirements

• Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one), Licensing Assistance Available.
• Possession of a Life & Health Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one), Licensing Assistance Available.
• Demonstrated success in sales, especially in insurance sales, is beneficial.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging and motivating others.
• Must have effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software tools.
• Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Strong motivation to develop and expand your own business.
