Job Description

Farmers Insurance is currently seeking a candidate to fill a position as a customer service representative at an agency in Reseda. The ideal candidate will possess a property & casualty license and/or life & health or have SIGNIFICANT experience in the insurance industry. Candidates with prior Farmers Insurance experience are highly preferred. The position can be both full-time or part-time. Hourly compensation ranges between $15-22/hr plus commission if any sales are produced. 

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements

• CA Insurance license or prior sales/CSR experience (prior Farmers experience preferred)
