Job Description

Our Allstate office is rapidly growing and we are looking for the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time or part-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is required for this position.  Allstate experience is preferred.  CURRENT LICENSE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Post customer payments

Requirements

• Prior insurance industry experience preferred
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Currently possess or ability to possess property & casualty insurance license.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Dependable and hard working required
