We have openings from Customer Support Rep all the way up to Agent in Training with tools and support to own your very own agency.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to goals and objectives set forth by the team
• Educate clients on all things insurance (coverages, pricing, etc.) and the benefits of being PROPERLY insured with Farmers
• Build and customize insurance quotes to fit the individual needs of our clients
• Cultivate new business by following sales leads generating referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and utilizing lead databases.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
• Maintain knowledge of new and current product offerings

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred but not required
• Be a motivated self-starter with aspiring career goals
• Bring enthusiasm, a desire to learn and collaborate, and a positive attitude to the position
• Prior experience in insurance preferred but not required
• Goal-oriented and coachable
• Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 6 months of hiring date (We provide training/resources/testing)
