Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios
- Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the most up-to-date coverage.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual: Armenian and English required
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment
- Team Player: Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve collective goals
- Reliably Commute: Fontana, CA or planning to relocate before starting work
