Responsibilities

  • Take incoming and make outbound calls
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for Financial Service Rep. 
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
  • Strive to reach team and sales goals through leads and referrals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Will go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers
  • Has the ability to collaborate with others and can bring a positive mindset to our team.
  • Will be able to juggle different tasks at the same time while staying organized.
  • Is a confident, self-starter who likes to take initiative and doesn™t need to be micromanaged.
  • Willing to step outside of their comfort zones to grow as an individual and will motivate other team members to meet team goals.
  • Eager and enthusiastic to learn and gain new skills.

The must haves: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Office Administration experience a plus.
  • Successful sales background a plus.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Willing to become Licensed
