Job Description
- As a Commercial Insurance Producer with Drew Miles Farmers Insurance, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by offering tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses
- Proactively generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of commercial insurance prospects
- Identify client needs and present customized property and casualty insurance solutions
Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
* Identifying and Prospecting: Locating and pursuing potential commercial clients
* Needs Assessment: Evaluating a client's business to determine their specific insurance needs.
* Underwriting Collaboration: Working with underwriters to assess risk factors and ensure appropriate coverage.
* Designing Coverage: Developing tailored insurance plans that meet the client's needs.
* Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
* Create relationships from a cold start.
* Commercial experience is not required but prior sales experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven and goal-focused.
* Ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
* Adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
