Join a dynamic insurance agency currently seeking a Medicare / Healthcare Specialist with an active Health Insurance license. We are dedicated to serving our local community and building lasting relationships with our clients.

As a Medicare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized insurance solutions to our valued clients. Your role will involve conducting client consultations, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored advice. You will handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Consultations:

Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Inbound/Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions.

Policy Recommendations:

Design insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.


Client Relationship Management:

Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure their continued satisfaction.


Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
